Giant Minds was founded by Jason Tinker and Junior Lopez, two parents who understand firsthand the joy and pride that youth sports bring to families. Though Jason and Junior had known each other for years, it was in 2015—watching their firstborns play T-ball—that their friendship truly took root. Standing on those baseball sidelines, they saw how sports can build confidence, bring communities together, and create memories that last a lifetime.
 

As parents, they know how important it is to make every child feel seen and celebrated. That’s why they started Giant Minds: to help kids experience the thrill of being recognized, just like the athletes they admire.
